Sony Pictures has released a new Smurfs: The Lost Village trailer plus three new promo clips for the upcoming animated adventure, which opens in theaters on April 7th.

In this fully animated, all-new take on the Smurfs, a mysterious map sets Smurfette and her best friends Brainy, Clumsy and Hefty on an exciting and thrilling race through the Forbidden Forest filled with magical creatures to find a mysterious lost village before the evil wizard Gargamel does.

Warner Bros. Rumored to Eyeing ‘Kingsman’ Director for ‘Man of Steel 2’

Warner Bros. is reportedly eyeing Kingsman: The Secret Service and X-Men: First Class director Matthew Vaughn to direct Man of Steel 2, and “preliminary talks” about the prospect have taken place.

According to Collider‘s source, should Vaughn not want to direct the sequel to the Zack Snyder Superman movie that launched the DC Expanded Universe, they are still eager to work with him on another superhero movie.

A brand new UK trailer, as well as the one from Japan have launched for Ben Wheatley‘s 70s gangster flick Free Fire, which premiered at the Toronto Film Festival last fall.

The high-octane actioner, produced by Martin Scorcese, boasts an all-star cast featuring Brie Larson, Armie Hammer, Cillian Murphy, Sharlto Copley, Babou Ceesay, Enzo Cilenti, Jack Reynor, Sam Riley, Noah Taylor, and Michael Smiley.

Warner Bros. and Legendary‘s Kong: Skull Island is the king of the box office this weekend with an estimated $61 million to top Wolverine threequel Logan.

Receiving a B+ CinemaScore from audiences, the film stars John Goodman, Brie Larson, Tom Hiddleston, Samuel L. Jackson, and John C. Reilly. Directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts, the latest attempt to revive cinema’s most famous gorilla cost a reported $185 million to produce.

Edgar Wright is back after a several year absence! Sony Pictures has released the first official trailer, as well as the alternate international one for Wright’s music-fueled heist movie Baby Drive.

The film is premiering at the South by Southwest Film Festival this month and follows a young getaway driver (Ansel Elgort) suffering from tinnitus who listens to music to drown out the ringing in his ears. When he meets the girl of his dreams (Lily James), Baby sees a chance to ditch his criminal life and make a clean getaway.

Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment have released the second full trailer for Patty JenkinsWonder Woman movie, showing even more footage of the Amazonian Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) who becomes Wonder Woman.

Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Connie Nielsen, David Thewlis, Elena Anaya, Lucy Davis, Danny Huston, Ewen Bremner, Samantha Jo and Said Taghmaoui also star in this solo spin-off movie, which opens in theaters on June 2nd 2017.

The first official trailer for A Family Man (aka The Headhunter’s Calling), starring Gerard Butler, is online.

Directed by Mark Williams from a script by Bill Dubuque, the drama also stars Willam Dafoe, Gretchen Mol, Alfred Molina, and Alison Brie. A Family Man premiered last year at TIFF and is coming to DirecTV in May.
