A24 has released a surprise teaser for Slice, a new horror slasher that stars Chance the Rapper opposite “Atlanta” breakout Zazie Beetz and comedian Paul Scheer.

Chance’s frequent collaborator Austin Vesely directs the new horror slasher, based on the popular internet game “Line Rider,” which centers around an enigmatic outlaw framed for a killing spree that targets unsuspecting pizza delivery boys.

Tense First Trailer Released for ‘A Prayer Before Dawn’

A24 has released a tense official trailer for Muy Thai boxing drama A Prayer Before Dawn, which received positive reviews when it premiered at the Cannes Film Festival back in May.

Directed by Jean-Stephane Sauvaire, it stars Joe Cole as British boxer Billy Moore, the only Westerner ever to break out of Thailand’s prison, Klong Prem, aka the notorious “Bangkok Hilton.”

Weekend Box Office: ‘Jigsaw’ Tops while ‘Suburbicon’ Flops

Lionsgate’s Jigsaw topped the pre-Halloween box office with an estimated $16.2 million. The R-rated horror pic spooked the competition including new releases like Universal’s Thank You for Your Service and Paramount’s release of Suburbicon. However, the eighth installment in the “Saw” franchise was expected to open to $20 million or more.

Live-Action ‘Fullmetal Alchemist’ Gets a Main Trailer

Warner Bros. Japan has unveiled a “main trailer” for the live-action adaptation of Hiromu Akakawa’s popular manga series Fullmetal Alchemist, which comes with English subtitles.

The film, directed by Fumihiko Sori (“Ping Pong”) and starring Ryosuke Yamada (“Assassination Classroom”) will make its U.S. premiere on November 19 at Anime NYC with director Sori in attendance.

Netflix has released the latest trailer for Bright, its big-money supernatural cop drama starring Will Smith and Joel Edgerton.

Directed by David Ayer from Max Landis’ script, the film takes place in an alternate present-day in which humans live alongside magic folk like elves, orcs and fairies like this is normal.

Official Trailer for ‘Den of Thieves’ Featuring Gerard Butler & 50 Cent

Christian Gudegast’s Heist-Thriller

STX Entertainment has released the first official trailer for Den of Thieves, the action crime thriller starring Gerard Butler and Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson.

The film marks the directorial debut of screenwriter Christian Gudegast (“A Man Apart” and “London Has Fallen”) and focuses around a man who gets caught between two groups of criminals in the process of pulling off a lucrative bank robbery.
