3 New ‘Warcraft’ Movie Photos Released

Video Games Adaptation

Three new low-res photos of video games adaptation Warcraft have debuted in the new edition of Empire magazine (via BuzzHub), ahead of the first trailer which is presumably going to be shown in one week.

The new set of stills show off glimpses of three primary characters: Sir Anduin Lothar (Vikings star Travis Fimmel), leader of the orcs, Durotan (Fantastic Four star Toby Kebbel) and Orgrim Doomhammer (Pacific Rim‘s Robert Kazinsky).

Duncan Jones-directed epic adventure of world-colliding conflict based upon Blizzard Entertainment’s globally-renowned universe is slated for a June 10, 2016 release.

Check out the high-res version of these images below.

Can’t tell if this is gonna be massively cheesy,’light’ or epic, but I still have faith in Jones — Moon was one of the best sci-fi movies in the last ten years. Warcraft will be told from the Alliance perspective and will take place about a year before the events in “World of Warcraft.”
