7 Actresses Eyed for Dwayne Johnson’s ‘Baywatch’ Movie

Paramount and director Seth Gordon have reportedly come up with a short list of seven actresses that will be testing for the female lead in the upcoming Baywatch movie.

The talent included on the cast short list are Ashley Benson (“Pretty Little Liars,” Spring Breakers), Alexandra Daddario (San Andreas, “True Detective”), Nina Dobrev (“The Vampire Diaries,” The Perks of Being a Wallflower), Shelley Hennig (“Teen Wolf,” Unfriended), Bianca Santos (The DUFF, Ouija), Alexandra Shipp (X-Men: Apocalypse) and Denyse Tontz (“Big Time Rush,””Dog with a Blog”).

At least one if not more of the seven will get key roles, according to Deadline. At last! A movie featuring ladies with a nice natural pair of B Cups. I guess they really want me to watch this movie.

Elsewhere, the long-gestating Baywatch reboot, based on the 1990s TV series, will star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Zac Efron. A R-rated comedy film will be much more action-heavy and is said to be more aligned with a 21 Jump Street-style recreation than the original “Baywatch” TV series. But parts were reportedly written for both Pamela Anderson and David Hasselhoff to reprise their roles.

The plot will revolve around a rule-abiding lifeguard (Johnson) and a young hotshot (Efron) who team up to save their beach from a mean, ‘ol oil tycoon. The most recent draft hails from Damian Shannon and Mark Swift (Friday the 13th).

Production on the new film is slated to begin in early 2016.
