‘A Dog’s Purpose’ Trailer and Poster

To celebrate National Dog Day, Amblin Entertainment and Universal Pictures have debuted the first trailer for Lasse Hallstrom‘s upcoming drama A Dog’s Purpose.

Based on the bestselling novel by W. Bruce Cameron, the film is the soulful and surprising story of a dog (voiced by Josh Gad) who gets reincarnated over and over again, and finds the meaning of existence in his relationships with various humans played by Dennis Quaid, K.J. Apa, John Ortiz, and more.
