Tupac Shakur Biopic

A new teaser trailer for the Tupac Shakur biopic All Eyez on Me arrived online today, on the 20th anniversary of his death. The previous teaser landed on what would have been Shakur’s 45th birthday, but the second trailer for the film offers a more detailed look at the late rapper’s troubled career, and his untimely death.

Directed by Benny Boom, the upcoming biographical drama film is named for the music legend’s fourth and final album, and stars newcomer Demetrius Shipp Jr. in the title role, with Jamal Woolard, who reprises his role as the eponymous Notorious B.I.G. from the biopic Notorious, while Stefon Washington tackles the part of Puff Daddy. Kat Graham and Grace Gibson are also set to appear as Jada Pinkett Smith and Faith Evans.

The film opens in theaters November 11. Check out the intense new trailer for All Eyez on Me, a biopic about the “gangsta” rap star, who was killed in a 1996 drive-by shooting in Las Vegas.

The Tupac Shakur Biopic

I’m curious to see if they will go into detail on his rape and assault of women? I also wonder how much of his private school art education – where he minored in ballet – winds up in the film.
