Animated Short ‘Borrowed Time’ Premieres Online

Short animated film by Andrew Coats and Lou Hamou-Lhadj

Animated short Borrowed Time, written and directed by two Pixar artists, launched online via Vimeo on October 14 and will play for free on the streaming site for a limited time as part of the Staff Picks.

Andrew Coats and Lou Hamou-Lhadj’s computer animated short tells the emotional story of a sheriff haunted by memories of a tragic accident from his past. The film has been selected for over 50 festivals and won 13 awards in total, several being Oscar qualifiers. Watch below:

It got to be some really good stuff. Great effort but poor screenplay. This poster leaves me intrigued:
