According to Daily Mail‘s Baz Bamigboye, Avengers: Age of Ultron reshoots have been set for next month to add more action to the upcoming superhero blockbuster.

Principal photography on the Marvel sequel wrapped back in August and after having spent time in the edit room with his footage director Joss Whedon is set to do up to two weeks of extra shooting at Pinewood Studios in London ‘cos

“the second Avengers movie… needs a bit more kick-ass on an extravagant scale.”

The film’s stars such as Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson and Chris Hemsworth are asked to clear their schedule for two weeks in January. I believe that Marvel don’t have to go back and reshoot a whole entire movie to improve it like Fox, Sony, or Universal do when the movie is horrible.

Shooting on the highly-anticipated two-part sequel, Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 and Avengers: Infinity War Part 2, will reportedly begin in late 2015, with both films being shot back to back, and probably at Pinewood as well. There’s been quite a few rumors that suggest Loki, the God of Mischief will betray his “brother” Thor, the God of Thunder and side with Thanos during Infinity War. And if Loki and Red Skull do eventually side with Thanos that would also allow Marvel to include a few touching scenes of Thor bonding with Steve Rodgers too.
