Bradley Cooper

The Weinstein Company has released the first official trailer for Burnt, the upcoming kitchen set drama starring four-time Academy Award nominee Bradley Cooper.

Previously titled ‘Chef’ then changed to ‘Adam Jones,’ the John Wells-directed film follows a gifted chef named Adam Jones who shot to fame at a young age and then destroyed his career with his arrogance and drug use.

Scripted by Steven Knight (Locke), Burnt hits theaters on October 23rd and also stars Uma Thurman, Emma Thompson, Daniel Bruhl, Lily James, Matthew Rhys and Jamie Dornan. Check out the first trailer below, originally from Yahoo.

Cooper is obviously trying to be in everything these days. I wouldn’t count on it to bring him a fifth Oscar nomination. Here’s the poorly Photoshopped poster.

Chef Adam Jones (Bradley Cooper) had it all – and lost it. A two-star Michelin rockstar with the bad habits to match, the former enfant terrible of the Paris restaurant scene did everything different every time out, and only ever cared about the thrill of creating explosions of taste. To land his own kitchen and that third elusive Michelin star though, he’ll need the best of the best on his side, including the beautiful Helene (Sienna Miller). BURNT is a remarkably funny and emotional story about the love of food, the love between two people, and the power of second chances.
