DEADPOOL Set Photos Reveal the Sequence from Test Footage

The much-anticipated X-Men spinoff, Deadpool is recreating the sequence from the CGI test footage while Ryan Reynolds is planning his attack in his red and black sword-clad spandex costume.

Actually, they show one Reynold’s stuntmen dressed as the Merc with the Mouth and shooting a scene on Vancouver’s Georgia Viaduct.Tim Miller‘s live-action comic book film will also shoot at North Shore Studios.

Deadpool hits theaters on February 12, 2016, and also stars Ed Skrein, TJ Miller, Gina Carano, Brianna Hildebrand, and Morena Baccarin.

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.
