Fan Made Short Film SPAWN: THE RECALL Released


A 8 minutes length fan-film Spawn: The Recall based on Todd McFarlane’s superhero character has been released.

The character debuted for Image Comics in 1992, followed by a feature film made in 1997, starring Michael Jai White, John Leguizamo, and Martin Sheen, but after the origin was done that story started getting banana’s.

This one, created by French writer / director, Michael Paris, captures the look and feel of the comic series even better than the Spawn movie, but it’s not the greatest short film in the world.

Just enjoy the show.

The effects were top notch, but the acting and story sucked. It certainly shows Spawn is one of those movies that need a reboot.

SPAWN: THE RECALL is the story of a former witch and her son, who try to live a normal life away from the darkness. While they’re shopping in a supermarket, the child suddenly disappears.
