First Footage from Brad Pitt’s WWII Tank Drama FURY

Sony has revealed the behind-the-scenes featurette from its anticipated World War II tank drama Fury at the E3 panel as part of the presentation for the new game “World of Tanks.”

David Ayer‘s (End of Watch) latest, looks like a cliche war drama Steven Spielberg would do, but it does have a stellar cast, featuring Brad Pitt as the commander of a hulking war machine, alongside Shia LaBeouf, Logan Lerman, Jon Bernthal, Michael Pena, Jason Isaacs, and Scott Eastwood.

Fury opens November 14.

If you have been intrigued by this film from the pathetic Western Front, check out the footage below. At least it’s not a remake, sequel or TV series brought to the big screen – this is a character piece.

FURY is set at the very end of World War II, in April 1945. As the Allies make their final push in the European Theater, a battle-hardened army sergeant named Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) commands a Sherman tank and her five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Outnumbered and outgunned, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds in their heroic attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.
