First Official JURASSIC WORLD Trailer Hits!

Jurassic Park 2015 Followup

Well, the park is open! The first Jurassic World trailer is online, two days ahead of the promised Thanksgiving debut.

Hit the jump to check out Chris Pratt riding with the velociraptors in the final scene. The action hero plays a scientist doing behavioral research on the raptors when the park has a few lethal issues.

Ending was pretty suspenseful. It gives me the impression Chris and raptors are running away from the mean and nasty hybrid dinosaur. Pratt also doesn’t seem too happy with Bryce Dallas Howard‘s endeavors…And that piano music definitely gives you the sense of nostalgia.

I know the visual fx isn’t done yet and it’s not the final look at all, but the original Jurassic Park dinosaurs were a combination of animatronics and visual effects that they looked so good. I’m still really looking forward to seeing how this installment will live up to the original’s legacy.

The new film, co-written and directed by Colin Trevorrow, also stars Ty Simpkins, Judy Greer, Nick Robinson, Vincent D’Onofrio, Katie McGrath, Irrfan Khan, B.D. Wong and more.

Steven Spielberg returns to executive produce the long-awaited next installment of his groundbreaking Jurassic Park series, Jurassic World. Colin Trevorrow directs the epic action-adventure from a screenplay he wrote with Derek Connolly. Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley join the team as producers.

Jurassic World will be released in 3D by Universal Pictures on June 12, 2015.
