First Teaser for Kurosawa Kiyoshi’s Thriller ‘Creepy’

The first teaser trailer for director Kurosawa Kiyoshi‘s suspense thriller Creepy was released.

The movie is based on the book of the same name by Yutaka Maekawa and features Nishijima Hidetoshi as the lead character Takakura, a former police officer turned criminal psychologist who investigates a family’s disappearance from six years earlier.

Takeuchi Yuko plays his wife Yasuko, while Teruyuki Kagawa plays their friendly neighbor Nishino, along with Misaki Saisho as neighbor’s troubled wife and Ryoko Fujino as their teenage daughter. Masahiro Higashide also stars as Takakura’s former colleague, the police officer Nogami.

Things take a strange turn when the daughter of the Nishino family takes shelter in Takakura’s house, claiming that the man next door is not her father, but a total stranger. Watch an early teaser below.

This looks like it could be good.
