First Trailer for Alan Rickman’s Period Romance A LITTLE CHAOS

Kate Winslet Feature

Alan Rickman’s period romantic drama A Little Chaos, starring Kate Winslet, premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival this fall. The reviews coming out of TIFF were mixed, but the first trailer just might convince you to give A Little Chaos a try.

The Oscar winner Winslet plays widow Madame Sabine De Barra, a landscape designer recruited to create an unprecedented outdoor ballroom. But her ideas collide head-on with that of André Le Nôtre, the famous French landscape architect who built one of the main gardens at King Louis XIV’s new palace at Versailles. Despite their differences and the intrigues of the French court, grows a love story between Winslet’s character and master landscaper Andre, played by Belgian actor Matthias Schoenaerts (who rose to fame in Bullhead).

Also starring Academy Award nominee Stanley Tucci, Danny Webb, and Rickman himself, A Little Chaos hits select theaters on March 27, 2015.
