First Trailer for Bo Burnham’s Directorial Debut ‘Eighth Grade’

Bo Burnham's Directorial Debut

A24 has released the first official trailer for comedian Bo Burnham’s directorial debut Eighth Grade, one of the breakout hits of Sundance earlier this year.

The coming-of-age comedy stars newcomer Elsie Fisher as an incredibly shy young girl and “the film chronicles her journey through the joys of popularity, hormones, and social media as an awkward teenager in modern America.”

The film also stars Josh Hamilton and opens in select theaters July 13. Watch the Eighth Grade trailer below.
