First Trailer for FURY Starring Brad Pitt Debuts

Following the first poster for David Ayer‘s upcoming World War II film, Fury, Columbia Pictures has just released the first trailer for Brad Pitt-starring tank thriller.

Earlier this month, Sony has revealed the behind-the-scenes featurette and it looked like a cliche war drama Steven Spielberg would do. After watching this trailer, I still feel the same.

Hit the jump to watch Pitt telling his team, “It will end soon. But before it does, a lot more people gotta die.”

Ayer’s (Sabotage) next release, Fury does have a stellar cast though, featuring Pitt as the commander of a Sherman tank crew, alongside Shia LaBeouf, Logan Lerman, Jon Bernthal, Michael Pena, Jason Isaacs, and Scott Eastwood.

The film opens November 14th.

FURY is set at the very end of World War II, in April 1945. As the Allies make their final push in the European Theater, a battle-hardened army sergeant named Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) commands a Sherman tank and her five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Outnumbered and outgunned, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds in their heroic attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.

His hairstyle was pretty popular among the military and the poor in the 1940s.
