M. Night Shyamalan's Horror

The first trailer for M. Night Shyamalan‘s The Visit has just been released, following the teaser poster debut earlier this week.

A found footage horror thriller  is based on an old script that Shyamalan wrote before he got famous, making films such as Unbreakable and Signs.

The Visit hits theaters on September 11th and stars Kathryn Hahn (Tomorrowland), Ed Oxenbould (Julien), Deanna Dunagan (“Unforgettable”), Peter McRobbie (“Marvel’s Daredevil”) and Olivia Dejonge (“Hiding”). The film was produced by Jason Blum and Marc Bienstock.

You can check out the first trailer and the stylish teaser poster below. Looks creepy as hell.

Writer/director/producer M. Night Shyamalan (The Sixth Sense, Signs, Unbreakable) and producer Jason Blum (Paranormal Activity, The Purge and Insidious series) welcome you to Universal Pictures’ The Visit. Shyamalan returns to his roots with the terrifying story of a brother and sister who are sent to their grandparents’ remote Pennsylvania farm for a weeklong trip. Once the children discover that the elderly couple is involved in something deeply disturbing, they see their chances of getting back home are growing smaller every day.
