First Trailer for Netflix’s ‘Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon’ Sequel

Netflix has released the first trailer for Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny (formerly titled The Green Legend), the long-awaited sequel to the 2000 martial-arts film that many doubted would ever get out of development.

Michelle Yeoh returns as Yu Shu Lien, joined by Rogue One: A Star Wars Story star Donnie Yen and former “Glee” star Harry Shum Jr., along with Jason Scott Lee, Eugenia Yuan, Roger Yuan, Natasha Liu Bordizzoas and Juju Chan in the story of one of lost love, a legendary sword and one last opportunity at redemption.

Directed by the renowned martial arts choreographer (The Matrix Trilogy and Kill Bill 1& 2) and director (Tai Chi Master) Yuen Wo-Ping, the new film is set to hit both IMAX theaters and Netflix worldwide on February 26, 2016.

Looked really good, until the last few seconds. The CGI fall down the building looked kung-fu hustle cartoonish. The music choice for the trailer as well as the English are among other questionable things.
