First Trailer for Steve McQueen’s Female-Led Crime Drama ‘Widows’

Steve McQueen’s Heist Thriller

20th Century Fox has released the first official trailer for director Steve McQueen’s female-driven heist thriller Widows.

Starring Viola Davis, Michelle Rodriguez, Elizabeth Debicki and Cynthia Erivo, the film is set in present-day Chicago and follows four women brought together following their dead husbands’ failed heist attempt.

Penned by McQueen and Gone Girl screenwriter Gillian Flynn, the film’s supporting cast includes Colin Farrell, Daniel Kaluuya, Garret Dillahunt, Carrie Coon, Jacki Weaver, Jon Bernthal, Robert Duvall and Liam Neeson.
