Full-Length Trailer for Takashi Miike’s ‘Terra Formars’

Takashi Miike Live-Action

A new, full-length trailer for Takashi Miike’s live-action Terra Formars movie has been released.

The big-screen adaptation of Tachibana Kenichi (illustrator) and Sasuga Yu’s (author) brutal adult anime of the same name is set for a April 29, 2016 Japanese release date. No further information on other parts of the world.

No subtitles, sadly, but take a look at the trailer for the sci-fi film with Mars-based humanoid cockroach people, featuring Pacific Rim‘s Rinko Kikuchi and a whole host of Miike regulars.

Japanese movies are a lot cheaper than Hollywood films like Pixels or Fantastic Four and also a lot more entertaining.
