Golden Globe Nominations: ‘La La Land,’ ‘Moonlight’ Continue to Dominate

The 74th Annual Awards

Don Cheadle, Laura Dern, and Anna Kendrick announced on Monday morning the nominees for the 74th Annual Golden Globe Awards.

On the film front, leading the pack with seven nominations is Damien Chazelle‘s La La Land. Close behind was Barry JenkinsMoonlight, which picked up six nominations, followed by Manchester by the Sea with five and both Florence Foster Jenkins and Lion with four. Martin Scorsese‘s latest epic, Silence was completely shut out in all categories.

In television, FX’s “The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story” led with five nominations, followed by “The Night Manager” with four.
