First Trailer and Poster for HELLION

Kat Candler’s Hellion movie looks to be a great role for Aaron Paul” is a phrase I can say after seeing this trailer.

After the failure of video game adaptation Need for Speed, he’ll get a chance to redeem himself with the dark, moody emotional drama that premiered at Sundance earlier this year.

Paul (who also produced) leads the film as the hard-drinking Hollis, struggling to raise his two boys, including rebellious teenager Jacob (Josh Wiggins).

Juliette Lewis, Deke Garner, Jonny Mars, and Walt Roberts co-star in Hellion, which opens in New York and Los Angeles and on VOD on June 13th.

Paul will be next seen in the adaptation of Nick Hornby’s A Long Way Down and Decoding Annie Parker later this year.

Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul stars in this riveting drama about a family under siege. Hard-drinking Texas single dad Hollis (Paul) struggles to raise his two boys, including rebellious teenager Jacob (first-time actor Josh Wiggins in a stunning breakthrough performance). Seething with anger, Jacob finds release in the high-risk, white-knuckle world of motocross—but his increasingly reckless behavior threatens to spin out of control. Academy Award nominee Juliette Lewis co-stars in this thrilling saga of fathers and sons that builds towards a heart-stopping climax, all set to an electrifying heavy metal soundtrack.
