James McAvoy is Going Bald for X-MEN: APOCALYPSE

Patrick Stewart James McAvoy

Production continues on Fox’s massive mutant ensemble, X-Men: Apocalypse, and director Bryan Singer took to Instagram again to tease James McAvoy going completely bald for his role as Charles Xavier/Professor X in next year’s superhero sequel.

The cast also includes X-Men veterans Michael Fassbender as Magneto, Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique, Nicholas Hoult as Beast, Evan Peters as Quicksilver, Rose Byrne as Moira MacTaggert and Lucas Till as Havok along with newcomers Oscar Isaac (Apocalypse), Sophie Turner (Jean Grey), Tye Sheridan (Cyclops), Alexandra Shipp (Storm), Kodi Smit-McPhee (Nightcrawler), Ben Hardy (Angel), Olivia Munn (Psylocke) and Lana Condor (Jubilee).

Check out a new behind-the-scenes photo, which shows actor without his hair. X-Men: Apocalypse is set to be released on May 27th, 2016 in the States. Unfortunately, it looks like we don’t have any synopsis for this title yet.

Charles Xavier/Professor X

Well, that’s definitely his real hair coming off. He will look better bald, but I’m not sure he looks like a younger Patrick Stewart just because he’s bald now.
