“She created it. He sold it. And everyone bought it.” The first poster has arrived online for Tim Burton’s biopic on pop artist Margaret Keane, and looks the same as artist’s work — delightfully kitschy.

The Weinstein Company has been released trailer before poster, which is unusual movie marketing. If you missed it, check it out right here.

Krysten Ritter, Jason Schwartzman, Danny Huston and Terence Stamp co-star in the pic, which is set for release on December 25.

Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski (both of Ed Wood, Man on the Moon, Screwed, Agent Cody Banks, 1408) penned the script for

“a drama centered on the awakening of the painter Margaret Keane (Amy Adams), her phenomenal success in the 1950s, and the subsequent legal difficulties she had with her husband (Christoph Waltz), who claimed credit for her works in the 1960s.”

Here’s the first poster for Tim Burton’s “least weird” film in years.
