Marvel Reveals New ANT-MAN Photos

Marvel Cinematic Universe

Update: Marvel Studios has released a new extended TV spot for their second film of 2015. Watch below.

Marvel has unleashed a dozen new Ant-Man photos, one of which features our first look at David Dastmalchian’s character, Kurt, who is perhaps on Ant-Man’s side.

The gallery also includes Paul Rudd in costume running alongside an army of ants, Evangeline Lilly as Hope Van Dyne, Corey Stoll as Darren Cross, and Michael Douglas as Hank Pym. The studio has recently released the second official poster for the highly ANTicipated movie, which you can also check below.

Ant-Man concludes “Phase 2” of Marvel Studios’ films and is scheduled to open in theaters on July 17, 2015. Bobby Cannavale, Michael Pena, Judy Greer, John Slattery and Wood Harris co-stars. Directed by Peyton Reed and produced by Kevin Feige, the pic features a script by Edgar Wright, Joe Cornish, Paul Rudd and Adam McKay. If they make the humor right, this movie will be great. I hope so.

The next evolution of the Marvel Cinematic Universe brings a founding member of The Avengers to the big screen for the first time with Marvel Studios’ ‘Ant-Man.’ Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, master thief Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.

“From the studio that brought you “The Avengers.”” Is that necessary by now?

Update: Check out the new Ant-Man TV spot. The last scene looks fun. Love Michael Pena. The music made it different. This movie could go in any direction possible at this point.
