New TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES Character Trailer and TV Spots

Here are some more geeky goodies for Paramount Pictures upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action film, led by director Jonathan Liebesman and producer Michael Bay.

The film stars Megan Fox, Will Arnett, William Fichtner, Alan Ritchson, Pete Ploszek, Jeremy Howard, Noel Fisher, and Danny Woodburn, with Johnny Knoxville and Tony Shalhoub voicing Leonardo and Splinter.

Following the four new motion posters for the upcoming live-action reboot, the studio has released a new character trailer along with two new TV spots, which you can watch right here after the official synopsis.

The city needs heroes. Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brothers rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must work with fearless reporter April and her wise-cracking cameraman Vern Fenwick to save the city and unravel Shredder’s diabolical plan.

Check out these previews which offer a mix of previously seen footage and quite a bit of new material, and some additional material featuring the human cast of the live-action film that hits theaters August 8th.

The character designs may not be initially pleasing to look at, but hey, they grow on you.

They did a good job on the CGI.

Looks fun. Every Michael Bay movie kicked other movies’ asses in box offices no matter what critics say.

Thad Castle as Raphael (and Megan Fox, of course) on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles set.

Two more TMNT hi-res images featuring Michaelangelo and Donatello have also been leaked on the internet. Check ’em below.
