New Trailer and Character Posters for KINGSMAN: THE SECRET SERVICE

20th Century Fox Adaptation

Following advanced movie screenings (word is good), 20th Century Fox has debuted a new trailer and four character posters for Matthew Vaughn‘s Kingsman: The Secret Service, the upcoming adaptation of Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons‘ icon comics series.

The big, fun spy action thriller stars Colin Firth, Michael Caine, Taron Egerton, Mark Strong and Samuel L. Jackson, and was originally slated for release this fall, but will now arrive on February 13, 2015.  Lady Gaga (Machete Kills) and Mark Hamill (Star Wars: Episode VII), along with Adele and David Beckham are also set to cameo.

The latest UK trailer shows us a glimpse of Jackson and Firth verbally sparring with each other, lots of hi-tech spy gadgetry, even more action packed explosions and a cute pug named Jack Bauer. Watch it.

I hope it isn’t a bust. Looks good so far. It might give Bond 24 a run for its money.

Based upon the acclaimed comic book and directed by Matthew Vaughn (Kick Ass, X-Men First Class), Kingsman: The Secret Service tells the story of a super-secret spy organization that recruits an unrefined but promising street kid into the agency’s ultra-competitive training program just as a global threat emerges from a twisted tech genius.
