New Trailer for ‘Allied’ Finds Brad Pitt, Marion Cotillard as Married Assassins
Paramount Pictures has finally unveiled a full-length trailer for Robert Zemeckis’s Allied, the World War II spy thriller starring Brad Pitt and Marion Cotillard.
Written by Steven Knigh, the story follows a French-Canadian intelligence officer Max Vatan who encounters a French Resistance fighter to carry out the politically-motivated hit in Casablanca in 1942. The two fall in love and marry, but their relationship is put to the test when Max is told his wife may actually be a Nazi spy.
Allied also stars Jared Harris, Lizzy Caplan, and Matthew Goode and is set to hit theaters November 23, 2016. Watch the new full-length trailer below.
ALLIED is the story of intelligence officer Max Vatan (Pitt), who in 1942 North Africa encounters French Resistance fighter Marianne Beausejour (Cotillard) on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Reunited in London, their relationship is threatened by the extreme pressures of the war.
