New Trailer for David Fincher’s GONE GIRL Starring Ben Affleck


Following four Gone Girl evidence posters, the debut full-length trailer for the big screen adaptation of Gillian Flynn‘s best-selling book has been released, starring Ben Affleck as a most-hated man in America.

Affleck portrays Nick Dunne, a man who becomes the lead suspect when his wife (Rosamund Pike) disappears on their fifth wedding anniversary.

Trent Reznor (The Social Network) recently told EW regarding his re-team with director David Fincher for Gone Girl:

“It’s a much darker film than I was expecting. The book is not exactly uplifting or happy, but it’s a nasty film,”

said Nine Inch Nail’s frontman for his third collaboration in a row with the filmmaker and the new trailer provides us with a much better look at that darkness.

Tyler Perry, Kim Dickens, Patrick Fugit, Scoot McNairy, Missi Pyle, Casey Wilson, model Emily Ratajkowski, and Neil Patrick Harris co-star in Gone Girl due to premiere October 3d.
