A second Star Wars: The Force Awakens teaser trailer is here, featuring a couple old faces such as Han Solo (Harrison Ford) along with his old friend Chewbacca (Peter Mayhew).

In related news, director J.J. Abrams told a room full of superfans at Star Wars Celebration today that the desert planet is not Tattooine, but a planet called Jakku.

Moreover, Abrams and producer Kathleen Kennedy confirmed that “the movie’s three leads are John Boyega as stormtrooper Finn, Daisy Ridley as Rey, and Oscar Isaac as X-Wing pilot Poe Dameron,” alongside the return of Ford, Mark Hamill, and Carrie Fisher.

Abrams-directed film will debut in theaters on December 18, 2015.

UPDATE: Watch this awesome appearance of the rolling droid BB-8 on the Celebration stage. People assumed they’d be creating only a CG version of robot.

Top notch stuff. Practical effects create an incomparable emotional response. All I can imagine right now is an army of people putting together a million of these (a scaled down RC version) in a Mattel toy factory.
