First Trailer for John Carney’s Musical ‘Sing Street’

Ahead of its premiere at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, the first trailer has arrived for director John Carney‘s (of Once and Begin Again fame) latest film, a musical titled Sing Street.

The film takes place in 1980s Dublin, and follows 14-year-old Conor (Ferdia Walsh-Peelo) who uses his musical talent to try and woo Raphina (Lucy Boynton).

The acclaimed director Werner Herzog (Into the Abyss) is back with another feature documentary called Lo and Behold Reveries of the Connected World.

Herzog’s next doc will premiere at Sundance in a few weeks, and the first trailer has arrived online to give us an early peek at society that cannot live without being a part of the plugged-in community.
