The first trailer for new Gillian Flynn (Gone Girl) adaptation Dark Places, starring Charlize Theron has finally gone online.

Written and directed by Gilles Paquet-Brenner (Sarah’s Key), the film wrapped principal photography some time ago and will be released in France this spring.

Weekend Box Office: Furious FURY Blasts GONE GIRL


The tank-set World War II drama Fury, starring Brad Pitt, topped the box office this weekend, and held off David Fincher’s Gone Girl with a solid $23.5 million.

The film had an okay but not spectacular Friday with an $8.8 million, while two other newcomers landed in the top five:

Neil Patrick Harris to Host 87th Academy Awards


The 87th annual Academy Awards ceremony, airing on ABC on February 22nd, 2015, will be hosted by former Tony and Emmy host Neil Patrick Harris.

Former How I Met Your Mother and Gone Girl star also performed the opening musical number during the 2010 Oscars.
