Seth Grahame-Smith to Direct and Write ‘The Flash’ Solo Movie

The DC empire strikes back. Marvel first started the quirky directors arms race, but DC is following right behind: Pride and Prejudice and Zombies author Seth Grahame-Smith is reportedly in talks to write and direct the movie adaptation of The Flash for Warner Bros.’ DC Cinematic Universe.

Fox Developing A Live-Action X-MEN TV Series with the Producers of 24

Back in October, we shared a rumor that a live-action “X-Men” TV show might appear. Now after months of speculation, word is that Fox has confirmed the network is in the early stages of developing the comic book franchise for television, pending the approval of Marvel Entertainment.

Following the recently released preview for The CW’s new superhero series The Flash, the brand new trailer, entitled ‘Guardian Angel’ has dropped online.

The latest cut will likely get the same mixed reactions since they make the show more melodramatic than many Marvel fan-boys would like, giving them an emotional hook for almost every shot.

THE FLASH Casts Dominic Purcell as Supervillain Heat Wave

Dominic Purcell is set to reunite on the screen with his Prison Break co-star Wentworth Miller in The CW’s new Flash series. These guys had great chemistry on the Fox’s  show, which aired for four seasons between 2005 and 2009.

The Aussie actor has boarded the comic-book drama as Mick Rory, better known to Flash fans as the supervillain Heat Wave.

The CW have debuted a new one minute long trailer for their upcoming Arrow spin-off The Flash, a small-screen take on DC’s fastest man alive.

In the new trailer, Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash learns to control his new powers with a little help from CW’s other superhero Arrow (Stephen Amell).
