Paramount and Michael Bay’s Transformers: The Last Knight opened to a franchise low $69.1 million domestically its first five days. Internationally though, the film which cost $217 million to make, pulled in a total of $196 million, with $123 million coming from China alone.
The Michael Bay’s reportedly-last Transformers movie, which stars Mark Wahlberg and Anthony Hopkins, earned a B+ CinemaScore, while critics have mostly dismissed it.

Paramount Pictures has released a new trailer for Michael Bay‘s Transformers: The Last Knight, which puts the focus on Isabela Moner‘s debuting character and the other youngsters who have to deal with the Decepticons coming back for revenge.
The Bay’s final Transformers movie also stars Mark Wahlberg, Laura Haddock, Stanley Tucci, Jerrod Carmichael, John Goodman, John Turturro, Josh Duhamel, Isabela Moner, Gil Birmingham, and Jean Dujardin.
Paramount Pictures has unveiled the 30-second Transformers: The Last Knight Super Bowl spot along with an official synopsis for the fifth film in the$3.78 billion franchise, which is as far as anyone knows Michael Bay’s last Transformers film.
The up and coming continuation sets the stage for the planned expansion of the blockbuster franchise that includes a Bumblebee spin-off film slated for release on June 8, 2018, another Transformers sequel set to debut June 28, 2019, and a possible origin movie for the constantly warring Autobots and Decepticons.
