The new Transformers: Age of Extinction trailer is here giving us an accurate idea of the Michael Bay’s movie that “nobody wants to see, but everyone will watch.”

The franchise clearly feels incredibly stale at this point, but we’ll see characters from the Dinobots toy line like T-Rex Grimlock (Grimlock and Optimus fighting back to back), triceratops Slug, and pterodactyl Strafe translated onto the big screen.

Regardless, Paramount Pictures has unveiled the second theatrical trailer for Age of Extinction in which Stanley Tucci goes high tech with a mysterious metal as Mark Wahlberg is seen literally picking up the pieces of an old era.

The fourth entry in the action franchise marks the start of a new trilogy and also stars Nicola Peltz, Li Bingbing , Kelsey Grammer, Sophia Myles, T. J. Miller, Jack Reynor and Titus Welliver.

It opens June 25th.

P.S. It’s the first time that lame line “Dad you can’t spend money on junk” has been spoken outside of the teaser trailer and it indicates the Yeagers’ storyline — they’re going through hard economic times.
