Universal Releases ‘The Fate of the Furious’ Trailer, and It’s Action-Packed
Universal Pictures has released the first trailer for the eight installment of the Fast and Furious franchise, now officially titled The Fate of the Furious, and it’s action-packed, all spectacle, no plot.
The film stars Vin Diesel joined by a returning all-star cast that includes Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, Elsa Pataky and Kurt Russell.
The Fate of the Furious opens in theaters on April 14, 2017 and also stars newcomers to this one: Scott Eastwood, Helen Mirren and Charlize Theron as a brand new adversary. It is directed by F. Gary Gray of Straight Outta Compton most recently.
