Weekend Box Office: ‘Glass’ Wins MLK Holiday with $40M Debut

Over the Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend, M. Night Shyamalan’s Unbreakable/Split follow-up brought in $40.6 million domestically. Starring Samuel L. Jackson, Bruce Willis, and James McAvoy, the twisty comic book drama would become the third best MLK weekend earner of all time behind 2014’s Ride Along and 2015’s American Sniper.
