Weekend Box Office: ‘Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom’ Repeats No. 1

Universal Pictures’ Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is topping the domestic box office in its second weekend with $60 million, -59%.

Debuting in third place was Sony’s borderland thriller Sicario: Day of the Soldado, which earned a total of $19 million. Audiences gave it a B CinemaScore.

Opening in fourth place is Lionsgate’s comedy Uncle Drew, which originated as a Pepsi ad campaign. The movie garnered mixed to positive reviews and a A CinemaScore.

Next weekend, The First Purge is getting a Wednesday release for Independence Day and Ant-Man and the Wasp is coming Friday.
